View Full Version : Beatles do a Lennon/McCartney COVER!!!

I dunno if many of you realize thta the original version of I Call Your Name was NOT the Beatles' version from Second Album/Long Tall Sally EP.
The original version was issued in July 1963 by Nilly J Kramer and the Dakotas as the flip side of Bad To Me(also by lennon/McCartney).
The Beatles'' version wasn't recorded till April 1,1964 and issued 9 days later on Teh Beatles' Second Album.
