You e-mailed me about this, so I'm glad you're posting it here too. I've heard most of what's out there, and I don't ever remember hearing a version of this song.
But I kind of remember reading about an acoustic acetate or something of John & Paul playing it, and that it was sold to a collector a long time ago. Or maybe Paul got a hold of it. Anybody out there know?

Jerry, I wonder if you were thinking of the acoustic version of "It's Only Love", which appears on the bootleg "Indian Rope Trick".
