There will still be at least 1 Beatles record around in 6964.

As part of the 1964-1965 New York World's Fair, they buried a Time Capsule. One of the items that was included in the capsule was a copy of the 45 A Hard Day's Night/I Should Have Known Better.

You can see all the contents of the New York World's Fair time capsule at http://www.timbrent.net/64fair1.html

<This is the only page up for a site idea I am considering. I am not using you as a test group--just wanted to show the Beatles' record!>

Not forgetting, I'm gonna keep my collection in the family for eternity, so they'll be there as well. http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/wink.gif

This reminds me of the movie Sleepers with Woody Allen. Does anyone remember the part where they are asking Woody what the relics from the past were?

Woody Allen's in Sleepers? Or are there 2 films with the same name?

I made a mistake, sorry L-M. Sleeper has Woody Allen in it (made VIA 1973)while Sleepers is that weird Kevin Bacon movie. If you haven't seen it already and you like Woody Allen I really suggest it.

Sleepers is good, makes you really hate Kevin Bacon. Not that I liked him much to begin with! Although, he was pretty funny in Friday The 13th.
As for Woody Allen. . . .Mia Farrow. . . Dear Prudence. . .http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/shocked.gif

In a time capsule, i'd put in a vhs of A Hard Day's Night, and the Sgt Pepper album.
LenMac, Sleeper is one of Woody Allen's movies while he was writing out and out comedy. Definitely worth renting at your local video store. A splendid time is guaranteed for all.

I do try to watch as many good films as I possibly can. It's hard watching all the old 'greats' when there's so many there to see. I'll try to see that woody woodpecker film, I really will.

I think we should put in Imagine (the movie). My favorite part is when John is talking to this stranger camped out on John's grounds and John invites him in for breakfast and tries to convince him that John is a nobody..... http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/wink.gif

ET has probably introduced telecom in the UK or had they already seen 'Beam me up Scotty'.

'kat, my dear, you know as well as I that we're not about to part with our treasures. BTW, Dr. O'Boogie has scanned a photo of some of my memorabilia and we'll send it along to Jerry to share with all of you. Right now, we're busy following the World Series, so be patient. And, 'kat, hang on to your wig!

Paul: Wings' Greatest
George: All Things Must Pass
Ringo: Ringo
