I agree! People like that need to be fined or something, that's a waste of time. I'm sure this isn't exactly the only case of a bad 911 call, I bet anyone who's ever been a 911 operator has heard it ALL... eek.

What a moronic twit. Reminds me of some of the stuff in that movie "Totaly Blonde"..duh
In Canada (at least Ontario) calling 911 for that type of thing will get you charged(can't remember exactly what the charge is though).
