Eric Griffiths,64, guitarist for the Quarrymen died last saturday of pancreatic cancer. His last gig with the Quarrymen was in Norway the end of November. He went to the Doctor in early Dec. for severe back pain where they discovered the cancer. He was able to spend Christmas and new years with his family. He died peacefully in his own bed at 11:00 on Sat. morning. A tribute page will be put on the Quarrymens website at
