Bobby Whitlock on keyboard, bassist Carl Radle and drummer Jim Gorden, three former members of Delaney and Bonnie, joined Eric who was putting a band together at the time. The first recording sessions of Eric and The Domino's was while making George's All Things Must Pass. One song recorded but seldom talked about is "Roll It Over" which features George Harrison on guitar and backing vocals.

The song was briefly releases as B side of the single "Tell The Truth" also recorded during "ATMP" but without contributions from George. But are great songs "Tell The Truth" is great to let go to, a fast solid rock track. "Roll It Over" is slower, a bit bluesy, fantastic guitar work, ofcourse.

Both songs are very worthwhile, and can be be found on Eric's 4 cd "Crossroad" set.

I'm trying to get hold of this song and have got two versions so far, one is a bluesy version from Live At The Fillmore, the other is a real rocking one, awesome sound.

Roll It Over is fabulous! I have the crossroads set, and I can try to send it to folks who find it hard to come by?

Yeah, lol, great words that song, too... http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eyebrows.gif
