I was speaking to a friend last night who has extra tickets for Ringo's show at the Rosemont Theatre in Chicago (ok, actually in Rosemont, but let's not get technical) on August 12th. There are 3 tickets together in row V, face price is $88 (includes all TicketMonster surcharges). They may be willing to sell for less as time goes on, or may be willing to sell for less if you want all three. I believe they also have an extra single ticket in row D.
