I went to a store here in Ottawa called "Legend Records". The people that own and operate it are huge Beatles fans. They sell mostly vinyl, with some CDs...
Anyway, that is not why I am posting. Behind the counter were some Beatles buttons, that I thought were being sold seperatly, so I asked to see them. They were being sold as a "package" deal. I don't remember how many buttons there were, maybe 10. They are black and white. They have sayings (Beatles lyrics) on them like "Why Don't We Do It In The Road?" and "1, 2, 3, 4 Can I Have A Little More?". Just to give some examples. At the bottom of the button is the Beatles logo, and the word "Anthology".
The man at the store is selling all of the button collection together for 150 dollars CDN. He said the buttons are sold at about 6 to 7 dollars each...Obviously the collection is worth more when it is complete, but 150 dollars!?!?!
Have any of you seen these buttons? Is this accurate, or if I buy it, will I be scammed?
