I think I've found what you're talking about: http://www.gameroomantiques.com/Fireball.htm
I've seen this before, but I doubt that it's official. They may have had to obtain a license to recreate the cartoon images of the Beatles, but I don't think the makers would have done more than that.

Well, I was surfing the net searching for pinball machines and I got a surprise with the Beatle pinball you say.
I started to investigate and what I found was: THERE WAS a pinball called Beat Time (1966 or 67) made by Williams.
Trouble is... it seems that Williams was the ONLY manufacturer of Beatle merchandising who has NOT the license (Brian, what happened???), SO they have to call the band THE BOOTLES, and draw four lads with the hairstyle, but with faces that could have been, um, the Kinks, or whatever 4 kids with the beatlehair. Go to http://www.ipdb.org/showpic.pl?id=213&depth=-1&picno=4325&zoom=1 to see the Real-Williams fake-Beatles pin.
NOW there are some customizers who draw the characters from the cartoons we all know and love, and write BEATLES on sides and wherever. This is what you see in http://www.gameroomantiques.com/Fireball.htm
Or, at least, that's the story as I understand it. Hope this serve you well.
