Ford 100 years

100 years ago today the Ford Motor Company was founded.
Here in the Detroit papers they've made a big deal of it with special sections and the like.

I love my Mountaineer named Maggie, remember when we used to say that Ford stood for "fix, or repair daily" much better quality now, thanks Henry Ford images/icons/smile.gif

My uncle is a mechanic and he cannot stand Fords. I am not too sure why...I never asked.

The Ford Foucus' here in Canada were recalled...Faulty something or other again! Seems to happen a lot with Fords...

Hmmmmm.....<font size="2" face="Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif">Ford Focus has been recalled everywhere,t he thing that bothers me is the recalls, we don't hear about, my local news did a special on windshield wipers on millions of cars that can go bad, or just stop, apparently the manufacturer is aware of the problem, but no news to the general public on this problem, that's scarey, what we don't know graemlins/images/icons/shocked.gif
