In which state is The American Ballet theatre?
I think it must probably be in New York. Besides, have you been at the american ballet theatre? If you haven't I highly reccomend you to go threre in may or april there, cause a world prima Nina Ananiashvili has a sesion there these months. She's probably the greatest ballet dancer nowadays. I wish I was in USA, but in the country I live it's possible to see her performance 'cause she comes here once an year as it's her homeland, but i've not seen her on the stage, cause the tickets are too expencive when she comes. Any answers?

They will be performing at the Metropolitan Opera House at Lincoln Center this spring.
Thanks for the info, Oh My Love, maybe my husband and I will look into going, we enjoy the ballet. However, it is VERY expensive -- the CHEAP seats (which are WAY HIGH UP) are $80!! graemlins/afraid1.gif

Here in Georgia when she comes it doesn't usually more than 30$, I mean that's the highest price, when she comes alone, but when she comes with some partner, it might coast 40$, as it was this year when she came with Sergey Filin (they're both from the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia, Moscow, you've probably heard about that theatre), but that's probably caused from the fact that Georgia is a verty poor country. Nina ananiashvili is Georgian, besides. They performed Don Quixote this year, I wanted to go there so much graemlins/cry2.gif

Wait, wait, I went back to the website -- those prices are for SERIES; e.g., 4 different performances. ARGH -- that's what I get for not reading carefully! Well, now it seems a bit more attainable! They haven't posted the prices for individual tickets yet -- maybe I will go over to Lincoln Center when the indifividual shows go on sale and see if we can't get tickets to go one night!
Whew! I'm glad that some cultural events in New York City are still relatively affordable after all!
