I went to Best Buy on Tuesday and bought The Beatles Anthology on DVD! graemlins/bouncing1.gif
The Anthology was on sale for $47.99 and they had a special where if you bought that and either AHDN or Yellow Submarine you'd get an extra $5 off. So of course I just had to buy Yellow Sub too (seeing as I already have AHDN). graemlins/blush1.gif
Possibly the best part of all, I didn't have to pay a dime, I used the gift cards I got for Christmas!

I went out Saturday to get Paul's "Driving In The USA" DVD, & I got "Anthology", "Fun With The Fab Four" & "The Beatles Unauthorized" all on DVD for under 100.00, thought it was time to treat myself, I had my best friend with me, which was a good and bad thing, she only encouraged me, there were a couple of others things, I would have loved to get on the Fab, but I thought my haul was pretty good, some good viewing coming up, she kept saying "you worked hard all year, get yourself something", so I kept grabbing the cheaper stuff, she put the Anthology pack in my hand, big mistake, I then ran to the cash register, now I need to find some quiet time to sit down and enjoy some time with the Fab.. graemlins/heart2.gif

I put this cute little garden statuary out today, lights up at night, is a frog(lights up very dimly) is catching a dragonfly on the tip of his tongue, the dragonfly lights up in a flourescent green color, it kind of charming looking at night when you sit outside... I am a garden nut, I think?

GREAT NEWS, EVERYBODY!

With just over one month to go before I was to be laid off from my Red Cross bus driver job, I was informed earlier this evening that I have been hired by another transportation company!!

I start one week from today (Tuesday, the 27th), and at a higher rate of pay!!
