First, I would just like to say that I hope everyone had a nice Christmas.I sure did.
Just seeing my brother getting better and better is all that I need. He's 30 years old, and he's had 2 liver transplants, and a bout with pnuemonia that left him in a coma for six months.I could go on and on about my brother, but it would take too long.I'll just say that he's doing great, and I'm very proud of him.
Now, for my Christmas presents:
A large framed picture of the Imagine mosaic.
A Back in the U.S. DVD and CD
The Beatles Unauthorized DVD
The Wingspan CD
And last but not least, 2 tickets to see 1964 The Tribute, #1 Beatles Show in the World, at Carnegie Hall!Has anyone seen this show?I've never heard of it.
I hope everyone had a great Christmas!
BTW, Sarge, did you get your Butcher Cover?

A Beatlely Christmas for me too! My sister gave me the DVD of AHDN! Of course we don't have a DVD player at home or at my house at university...but it was exciting all the same. I also convinced by Aunt to give "Brainwashed" to my Dad for Christmas...we just listened to it today, I love it!

I got:

-Beatles Anthology Book
-Limited Edition (George Harrison) Brainwashed CD (in a clam shell box with a DVD, a poster of George and a Dark Horse sticker)
-Traveling Wilburys Volume 1 CD

I also got a real Aum symbol tattoo in memory of George...An X-mas gift to myself. I got it a bright orange colour outlined in black...(the same colour as the Extra Texture album cover)

I had a great Beatles Christmas!

It all sounds good, BTTE. Congrats on the mother-lode or should I say, Mother-Nature's-Son-lode, you received (As the crowd boos and hisses at Magill's bad pun). It's also good to hear your brother is doing better. That's gotta be a relief! Sounds like you had a great day.
Mine was fun-filled, not really expecting it to be, but actually it was very nice. Filled with the love of family and friends. It was a very good two days for us Magills.

It was Beatle-rific! I mean, I got other stuff, but I love my Beatles items!

- 2003 early Beatles calendar
- Back in The US DVD and CD
- Hard Day's Night DVD
- Brainwashed CD

I also got $150 worth of gift certificates for the mall, and I'm not sure what I'm going to spend that on, but you can bet there's some Beatles items with my name on it out there!
