OT: Favorite ELO Song

Mine is "Turn To Stone," hands down, but "Mr. Blue Sky" and "Telephone Line" run close seconds. I heard "Showdown" earlier today and was reminded just how much I like that one, too...

Many people scoff at ELO, but I always liked their unique sound and their harmonies. I understand their concerts were also something to see, with the visual effects and the light show. Anyone here ever seen them live?

Those are great but I see them as solo Jeff songs, not ELO.

I saw ELO in Oakland Ca. in 1977 on their New World Record Tour. They put on a tremendous show. Fire On High was always one of my fave from them,but i always had a weak spot for their rendition of Roll Over Beethoven.
