View Full Version : New Idea for a Game

This game is similar to the song title game, but a bit tougher. You have to say the last song the last person said and take the last word and find another song that's first word begins with that letter. When nobody can do anything with a song, the last person to answer is the winner. (I think I'll win this time.) Get it?
Pipes of Peace in the Neighborhood
Now, if anyone comes up w/ a Beatles/ solo Beatles song that begins with Neighborhood, post like this:
Peace in the Neighborhood then the second song title (the one that begins with Neighborhood).
Okay, post away! I'll redo mine to make it easier on the eyes.

Sorry, kinda lost me there. Does the first word of the last word of the last song begin with the first letter of the last word of the last song or the first word of the last word of the last song?

Well it doesn't really matter this round since there's nothing else. I'll give two examples, you can continue off of them.
Long, Long, Long Tall Sally
Long Tall Sally G

Lord, give me strength.
Ok, you take the second song (you'll know where it starts in mine because it's in bold), then you type that out. So right now:
Love Me Do
Then find any Beatles/ solo Beatles song that's first word is Do. Then, without writing Do over, write the rest of that song title.
Does everyone understand now?

Wait brain might be kicking in. Is it supposed to go:

Then
Do You Want To Know A Secret( and another song title here)
Am I close?

Then, the next person will take the song that starts with "Do" and take the last word of that and find a song that starts with that word. When no one can do anything, the winner (the person who came up with the stumper) will start over.
Everybody understand?

As the late Elvis would have said,
Ah thank ya, thank ya very much.
Just takes a little while for some things to get past the grey hair and sink in.Of course it doesn't help that I've gone through about a gallon of home made wine. (hic) http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/tongue5.gif

I think Kat just won here...
You can start with any song, Kat, then connect it to another.

Does it have to be a Beatles/solo Beatles song?

It'll be too hard if it's just Beatles/ solo Beatles, so any song will do.

Seeing how this topic was moved because it was stated that we can use any song, how about:

How do you make a certain word bolder than the rest?

macca4eva

In order to make a word/letter bold, you use the brackets "[]" instead of the less than greater than signs "<>".
