I just figured out what "Wah Wah" (ATMP) is about. I went to www.voxamps.co.uk (http://www.voxamps.co.uk) and looked around and a "wah wah" is a foot pedal-powered amp.

Yeah, very sarcastic lyrics.

That's correct, but the title of the song is not related to the pedal directly, read all about it at Crackerbox Palace.

It's about an argument w/ Paul.

Amazing. That's one of the reasons I like Beatlelinks-- finding out
about stuff that's new to me. But what about
in "Wah-Wah" where George says the lyric
"cheaper than a dime"?-- doesn't that refer
to a Wah-wah pedal? Or is the song actually
about an argument George had with Paul as
well as a Wah-wah pedal at the same time?...
(I wouldn't be surprised in that great song
lyrics often have double or even triple
meanings I think...)

An argument with Paul that gave him a "wah wah" (Headache) That's what I've called my headaches since I was three, way before I even knew the Beatles existed! George told that 'headache' was too awkward to say and preferred 'wah wah'.
