I assume most of us also save and collect non-Beatles items.
Some of the more special items include:
*autographs of deceased hockey Hall-of-Famers Maurice "Rocket" Richard and Sid Abel.
*A personalized autograph from Gordie Howe
*Al Unser Jr.'s autograph
*A brick and paper cup from the Detroit Olympia
*Dirt(utfielkd warning track) from both Comiskey park I in Chicago and Tiger Stadium
*15 commerative 6 packs of Coke.
Other odd items

Tim,
Thought you'd be interested in knowing that my brother-in-law was able to dig up part of the third base line at old Comisky and has it encased in glass.

I have a lot of autographs of famous Australian sportspeople, though most of you are probably unfamiliar with the names. My favourite would have to be the one from Steve Waugh, Australia's current cricket captain.

Hey Tim! You being from Detroit, you might be interested that I have an autographed photo of Al Kaline! (I was a flaming Tigers fan when I was a kid!)
I mostly prize my collection of autographed records and CD's from my friends in local bands, most of whom (the bands, not the friends!) are defunct now.
And it's not memoribilia, but I also collect little glass, china, wooden (etc. etc.) animals - I have over 200 and try to get one every time I go out of town. Latest addition is a raven from the Tower of London!

Hmmm...

A Dave Clark autograph

A bible signed by the author

a bundle of old games from the late Victorian / Early Edwardian times, all in immaculate condition

A book signed by Michael Morpergo (Famous British author)

A load of old drinks cans promoting things like Star Wars Remastered and the Spice girls (eurgh)
That's all I can think of for now.

Nah, Phil Collins.
In case you don't get the joke. The first book of the old testament is Genesis (A band Phil was originally in)
