Hey Tim, you fat ugly piece of s***, isn't Francie your friend? Why
don't you EVER defend her? It's because she's Jewish, isn't it
Fatboy? F*** you, you ugly loser. I would say go out and get laid,
but what woman would risk certain death by being crushed by your fat
disgusting putrid body? Go eat another box of twinkies, you f***ing
loser.
I'm sorry, but I see in the usenet forum shutting up did not work.

Man, what a loser. I still think the best option is to just leave it be and not reply or say anything - as much as you'd want to. That's what he needs to feed on, and if there's nothing there for him he'll eventually wither away and die.

People who send crap like that are more than likely jealous. It was most probably sent by a 14 year old nerd covered with acne and with no friends and his only girl experience is a hole in the changing room wall.
the bottom line, just laugh at his patheticness. He's probably just describing himself.

And the fact that you have said nothing about it to him in the forum is the only reason why he's started up again, to draw you back in and start all over, so again I'm sure just continuing to avoid his stupidity all together is the best solution.

God, Tim, that's disgusting. Another reason why I don't EVER go to RMB or Usenet. RMB (rec.music.beatles, for those who don't know, the Beatles Usenet group) is populated by trolls and horrid individuals of every conceivable kind, unfortunately. And it's too easy for people to hide their identities on Usenet...
My suggestion is don't go there if you can avoid it.
BTW -- for FPSHOT, who asked, "Francie" is Francie Schwartz, a former "girlfriend" (read "groupie" - supposedly he wrote the song "Famous Groupies" about her) of Paul McCartney's (the one he was with the day Jane came home and caught him with another woman -- she was the other woman) and trouble seems to go wherever she goes...she hangs out on RMB and unfortunately a lot of the hostility there centers around her. I don't know her or care to know her, actually, so that's all I'll say on that subject...that's just been my observation.
Anyway, Tim, I hope you don't hear from this creep anymore -- it's horrible what that person said to you!

I'm going to tell everyone the truth about Tim. Tim is a very nice person, he posts intelligent comments and he shows creativity and originality and a flair for expression. I have never once seen him step out of line or insult anyone. In light of the above, it makes the sick e-mails he has been receiving even more upsetting.
Tim, whenever you get a sickening e-mail from that demented kook, just forward it to the aol/prodigy/earthlink/yahoo/hotmail, etc. postmasters so they'll have head's up and watch for this cyber kook. What the person in question doesn't realize is that sending sick junk like that makes THEM look bad, not the recipient.
Over the summer I received death threats from cyber goons and loons who disagreed with some of my reviews on Amazon.com. For starters, I put all my critical reviews into private status. I wised up and made my e-mail private to all but trusted friends and I use only one e-mail address for Amazon.com related material. As for the cyber fool who has been harassing you, you might want to think about using one e-mail address for the boards you frequent and please, ALERT SERVER POSTMASTERS!

I know how bad it is. Good news/bad news:Francie appearantly has left RMB,but Fred Seaman(former assiastant to John) is back on the board--him and Francie had a big flame war last year.
What is sick on Fred is he is unremorseful about stealing John's diaries, and stated Yoko had C****** do the deed, that Yoko tried to seduce julian, and he wa suspicious of C****** hanging around and said nothing about it. Also attacked fromer partner in crime Robert Rosen.

I'm sorry to hear that. Come join us as we throw some flaming pies at Fred Seaman. Yeah, I read his book. I did so because I wanted to be able to point up its many glaring inadequacies and be able to support my arguments. It is sad that a few Blue Meanies try to cause rifts on the boards.
On the Amazon.com boards, under the Politics & Current Affairs (P&CA), there is this one guy who has been starting flame wars, hostile threads against named individuals and has in general hurt the purpose of the boards. The racism and vile language got to me and I never respond to anything this kook writes. He is on the attack mode at all times. (Think we ought to save a special pie for him)?

If it's not Francie, then it's Fred. I've read his book too. It wasn't as bad as Goldman's "book" but they're were some "good" parts to read (but very very few). Why would he say such things about Yoko and Julian and others? I once heard that May Pang used to be on the RMB. Now, I thought her book was good. I wonder if May got the same treatment as Francie and Fred on the boards. Maybe she was nicer than them and didn't have an axe to grind or make up ridiculous stuff about the people they used to work for...

May Pang was at the 1981 Beatlefest in Secaucus, N.J. I met her and I read "Loving John." It has been said that Ms. Pang was not invited back to subsequent Beatles' conventions and that the feelings towards her were quite strong.
I found her to be friendly, gracious and very positive in her descriptions about John. To her credit, she did not discuss anything of an intimate nature and she talked about how one gets a book published.
At the time she and John were together, he and Yoko had that painful separation and John, from what I understand was in need of a loving relationship and since Yoko wanted him to straighten up first, he felt he had to pursue that loving relationship where it was available. I don't think May Pang is a bad person and I think over the years she has been needlessly vilified. She is not a reflection of or on John. She is an individual and in all fairness, I can't see what terrible things she has done.
As for Fred, there is a flaming pie with his name on it JUST WAITING FOR HIM! Pie Man sent the truck out on another pie run and we'll all race to that truck to pelt Fred WITH THOSE FLAMING PIES!

What an awful e-mail, Tim. It's too bad jerks like that have to ruin the Internet for us and make it unsafe. I used to post at the RMB at long time ago. I didn't post often, but now I never post anything. Too many morons there. Once in awhile I'll find a good topic...but then it goes into junk posts and bashing again and the topic is lost. That board is a sad state. Yeah, Francie is Francie Schwartz, to the person who wanted to know who Francie was. I've read her book "Body Count." It was okay, it was about all the men she had before and after Paul (the copyright was 1972). The funny thing is is when a topic about Paul is put up, she always seems to have an axe to grind about him. But when John and Yoko are mentioned, she acts like their perfect or something. I know John and Paul weren't perfect, but Francie still carries that cross about Paul, never really has a nice thing to say about him...she had him over 30 years ago. On the other hand, I like when she talks about her memories of being with the Beatles.
