View Full Version : Spooky!
Ok, prepare to be chilled. The following is a series of real photos taken by real people that capture something out of the ordinary. All have been tested and re-tested by experts from all over the world, and there are no camera tricks or freakish light displays on show. You be your own judge...

This is one of the most famous ghost photographs ever, taken at Queens house, Greenwich, in London. It shows a ghostly figure on the Tulip Staircase.

Here is a picture of a couple singing, while there picture was being taken. When it was developed, an image of an older couple appeared as if watching over them.
http://www.tupics.com/members/woodpecker2k/ghost5.jpg

Here are two photographs taken at roughly the same time, one before the flash was accidentally put on and one afterwards. As you can see, when the flash was turned off, an unknown member of the family appears sitting comfortably behind the wine glasses in between two other guests.

http://www.tupics.com/members/woodpecker2k/ghost9.jpg

This ghost is known as 'The Brown Lady' - perhaps the most well-known and reliably photographed ghost in history.
http://www.tupics.com/members/woodpecker2k/ghost6.jpg

While this young boy was having his picture taken he said, "Nana's here!" This couldn't be possible as there was no one else in the room and his grandma had passed away a year earlier. The mysterious vapour-like object appeared after the photo was developed.

Here are two separate shots of ghosts that appear on a turned off TV after these photos were developed. The images are of unknown people who were not present in the rooms at the time.

http://www.tupics.com/members/woodpecker2k/ghost3.jpg

Here is the ghost from the haunted Toys 'R' Us store in Sunnyvale, CA. The picture was taken with infrared film during an investigation in the store. The man leaning against the wall was not visible to the people sitting below and did not appear in photos taken at the same time with normal film.
http://www.tupics.com/members/woodpecker2k/ghost10.jpg

Notice the face peering over the shoulder of the man in the blown up circle?
It's the face of a man that died 2 days before this picture was taken.
http://www.tupics.com/members/woodpecker2k/ghost11.jpg

This picture of a car accident is also well-documented, one of several that were taken by a professional police photographer at the time. After developing the pictures of this scene, the officer found what looked to be some sort of figure in this particular shot. Thinking it was a problem with his camera or its film, he had tests performed on both - they checked out without a glitch. Oh, I forgot to mention... the couple that were in this car walked away without as much as a single scratch. Do you believe in guardian angels?

These things still make me wonder.
I have seen pictures like this as well and even knowing that specially now you can change/add so much to photo's via computers, many stories leave a gap.
Just last week, there was a story here in Amsterdam about a local pub where all kinds of strange things happen with the household, with machinery, with lights and so much more.
Fantasy ? I don't know. I have no experience yet myself.
But I certainly don't think of these things as being not possible.
Experiences ???

Here's the story behind this photo. The ghostly couple are the mother and father in-laws of the person standing on the stage, and although it looks like a double exposure, photographic experts have ruled this out.

Here's another stack of ghostly photographs...

This photograph was taken by a fireman who was surverying a house that had recently been gutted by fire. When this photo was developed however, there was an image of a girl standing in the doorway, when nobody was in the house except for the fireman.

Here's a photograph of a ghostly dog which was unseen to the photographer.

I know this photo is a bit big, but believe me, it's worth it. This photo is of a man sitting in his car. His wife had taken the photograph. When the photo was developed however they were both stunned to see a figure of a woman sitting in the back seat, which was later identified as the wifes recently-departed mother.
However, if you look closely, you'll see that her scarf overlaps the side-pillar of the car which could only have been possible of the woman had been placed into the photograph after the photo had been taken. However, photo experts have ruled this out, so there is NO explanation for this apart from it being a real ghost.

This is a spooky one. When this photo was developed, a refelction of a boy was clear in the portrait of Jesus. However, there was NO small boy near the picture when the photo was taken, and no boy like him has ever been near the house!!!

I tried to open this link and my computer blocked, almost crashed, so I won't try again and just give this warning.
Maybe there was a ghost who saw me coming.

Checked out a few of them myself. Can't explain a lot of them, but others definitely looked "doctored".
