Give Me Love;
Well what I notice is, that although Jeff does marvelous vocals in the studio, always has done, listen to the ELO albums and anything else he did, his live voice is not that good hehe (always critical I know) but still he does it with passion, although (here I go again) he misses some part in the lyrics near the end haha nobody wrote about that before ...( keep me, keep me free from birth) graemlins/smile1.gif
It is sensational to see the band's passion and concentration and Eric Clapton just playing acoustic guitar, not singing ( well not in the mike) but really being focussed on the song.
Also, again it becomes so clear that playing slide guitar requires a special skill and even though the guitarists - Mark Mann and I guess Andy (If Paradise Is Half As Nice) Fearweather Low - try and do it well, it does not come close to the simple way George handled the slide guitar and the sound he got from his guitars.
Really special sound is the piano - it's not Gary Brooker, so Billy? or Jools? - which is exactly as on the record, fantastic.
The backing vocals are amazing.
Watch it, it's great !!!
