I don't know about the other cities, but in Chicago at least, it's not a one-off showing. It's showing at the theatre in my area 5 times a day from Friday through at least next Wednesday, so I'll be able to make it to ONE of those times, I'm sure. images/icons/smile.gif

I didn't expect it to come to my area (Buffalo NY) because we are always the last to get anything worth seeing. However, I live an hour and a half away from Toronto and was shocked that it is not playing there. Usually I have to go to Toronto to see the good concerts,Sir Paul, CSN&Y, Simon & Garfunkel.... There is an article in todays USA Today about the movie. Since I have web-tv I cannot post the article. It is at:
usatoday.com/life/music/news/2003-10-01-george_x.htm There is also a small article about 'The Lennon Legend' dvd and book, being released Nov.18 and Nov.3 respectively.

I'm confused by the list...I don't see any screenings on it for later than today, October 2. As far as I know it's playing in three theatres here in New York City, but I wonder for how long...we can't get a babysitter this weekend and I sure hope it'll be around next weekend so we can go...
Where are people getting info about screenings later than today?

That's how I found when it's playing at the theater closest to me. I know the theater I plan to see it at is running it at least through October 9. (Humm, that date strikes a chord for some odd reason.... images/icons/wink.gif )

According to a source at Abbey Road's newspage the USA theatre show may not run that long anymore, so in case you want to go, better do it soon.
