Here is a link to the website of the Row Barge, the pub which George frequently visited, like with neighbouring musicians such as Gary Moore.

He did some performances and wrote part of songs in this pub.

Another one is The Crooked Billet, where George did a performance with Gary Moore on October 25, 1992.

I recognize the Row Bardge Pub from my trip to Henley...I wanted to peek inside but pubs seem to be kind of a 'guy' thing, at least back then? (Could be wrong, but that's what it seemed to me). The Crooked Billet, hmmm, that one I'll have to see next visit. Thanks, cool pictures!

I guess any road will take you to a George connection. This is a very pleasant thought and the article is too.

I have been there many times while I was waiting trying to meet George. Dave & Di are a very kind couple, I asked him about George and he told me that he visited the place ocasionally but after the death of John he didn't go out very often.
