Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I just posted an intro, and I guess this is the forum where I'll be spending most of my time.

I just downloaded a terrific video from KaZaA. It's a black and white (actually sepia and white) clip of George singing The Pirate Song. It looks like it's from Python, as Eric Idle is in it. Has anyone ever seen this? It's very cool!

It's from a show called "The Rutland week-end Televison", with ex-python Eric Idle and Neil Innes ("Nasty" on The Ruttles).

George's appearance is from 1975. It's available in color (on video) from sites like Beatlefans.com

Funny stuff, especially when Idle goes inquiring to George about the song change and George just pushes him away while still singing...

Welcome to BeatleLinks, so you are the famous background singers who no-one knows who they actually were, besides the 25 times double recorded best-beatles-vocalist (after 1964).

Yes I know the clip, most downloading sites have it.
