Three of George's B-sides* have never been put out on CD... why ?
*Deep Blue/Miss O'dell/I don't care anymore
It should not be because of his legal wranglings with Warner Brothers as that only relates to his albums starting with "33 & 1/3" which came after the above mentionned songs.

Absolute good comment.
Although it were 'only' B sides
George is so good at these acoustic songs, I love all three of them. It shows even more than on his non-acoustical work, that George is a fanstastic guitar player. All three have a great melody line and a good chord structure, certainly not the easiest one.

Maybe we'll get lucky & they'll show up as bonus tracks while his works get reissued.

All three should have been included on the CD release of his first compilation (the one that was originally put out in 1976).
Heck, ALL of the B-sides by the other ex-fabs were made available on CD a long time ago...
Still a few more B-sides not released on CD from his Warner-Brothers days...
"Zig zag"
"Lay his head"
"Got my mind set on you"
(extended version + reverse ending version)
And I think that there's, at least, one more song from the deleted tracks from "Somewhere in England" that was put out as a B-side but never on CD...
In the same train ou thought, by the Traveling Wilburys:
"New blue moon" (instrumental version)
"Runaway"

Don't believe one of the other deleted tracks made it to a B side.

I did before I wrote the answer, but there are sometimes some releases in tiny areas of the world which have some different releases.
I checked the US, UK and Japanese releases, which covers the basics.

Make that definite, I found an old vinyl '45 of "Got my mind set on you" (looks like it's one of the original releases), it had "Lay his head" on the B side.
I remember it struck me, 'cos I told myself:
"Good thing I have it on a bootleg CD or I'd have to buy this badly scratched '45"

You're not saying you don't have 'Lay His Head' and the other rejected songs on a 'bootleg' CD somewhere?

Re-read my above post...
"Good thing I HAVE it on a bootleg CD..."
Actually, a very good bootleg "The Mystical Maestro" that I got about five years ago. On top of the four deleted songs from SIE, it also includes (among others):
Maxine
Between the devil and the deep blue sea
The pirate song
Hottest gong in town
Deep blue
Mo

Tiny areas...?
From "The Beatles ultimate recording guide" (by Allen J Wiemney + collaboration by Mark Lewisohn)
October 12th, 1987
U.K. release of George's single "Got my mind set on you"/"Lay his head". Released in the U.S. on October 16th. A 12-inch edition, released only in U.K., featured an extended mix of the A-side.
February 15th, 1988
"Songs by George Harrison" (SGHCD777). Special four-song vinyl EP and CD included with George's limited edition book "Songs by George Harrison". The special 5-inch CD & 7-inch EP (purchusers chose one) contained three previously unreleased Harrison songs: "Sat singing" and "Flying hour" both recorded for the "Somewhere in England" album but omited from the release, plus "For you blue" from George's December 13th 1974 concert at the Capitol Center in Largo, Maryland. The fourth song, "Lay his head", was also left over from the original "Somewhere in England" album and had been released as the B-side of "Got my mind set on you". The three "Somwhere in England" tracks were remixed for this release and differ from the original mixes done for that LP.
Now, I admit that last one does not really count as it's a limited release, released only in one country...
