George did some performances at this annual event.
I was just watching the video's which I downloaded from WinMX, from the (I believe) 1987 show, where George did While My Guitar and Here Comes The Sun.
The video's are very clear with good sound and George looks very happy and strong during this performance, although je has some problems with the microphone.
When he does While My Guitar, it is like a copy of the Bangla Desh Concert, seeing Eric Clapton right from him and Richie on the tools, and during the start of the EC solo, just like at the Bangla Desh, George walks back and is standing a little bended forward, just like during the Bangla Desh concert and during the guitar duet again George and Eric keep looking at eachother.
Amazing.
Also the line-up is not bad
Eric Clapton - guitar
Jeff Lynne - guitar
Elton John - piano
Ray Cooper - percussion
Ringo
Mark King, Level 42's frontman - bass

"we tried to get the vocals to sound like somebody's asleep, which is very difficult"
George, about I'm Only Sleeping, 1966
