I read to day that the court battle against Dennis O'Brian George was fighting last year in order to gard against O'Brian being declared bankrupt (He had stolen lots of money from Handmade films) was Thrown out in July 2001(ish) as George did not attend the hearing. His lawyers said he was too ill and receiving radical tratment in Europe. The judge didn't believ them and though George was just not turning up so the case was thrown out. As we all know now, George was ill. That idiot Judge must be pretty sick himself.
