I believe that the Concerts for Bangla Desh sofar has been the best solo performance by George, compared to the various Prince's Trust performances, the 1974 Tour, the Japan tour.

What do you consider the best part of the Bangla Desh concerts.

I name a few;

Bangla Desh
Wah Wah
Beware of Darkness with Leon
While my guitar because of the duet with EC
Something
Here comes the Sun with Pete Ham

I doubt between Something because of the atmosphere, the concentration on his face, the silence, the Jessie Ed, EC and Hari guitars and Bangla Desh because of the greedy way of singing, the rocking in this one compared to the single record and specially the audience when George takes off the guitar and leaves and the band starts the final.

I'm still considering what I like best.

In the meantime has anyone noticed that the slide at the beginning of 'MSL Bangladesh'is more like 'MSL2000'.

Here Comes the Sun was by far and away the best for me.

The "Here Comes The Sun" performance is amazing... and practically everything I've seen from that concert... http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/frown.gif So that would be my favorite.

I'm writing even worse than usual. Sorry for the edit.

People here seem to have the advantage over me because they seem to have SEEN it, whilst I have only heard it. To listen to it (the parts where George features) just chills me to the bone. I nearly cry. (Well, sometimes I do.) I think I have to say the bit I remember most is 'Here Comes The Sun' with his acoustic guitar. He sounds so 'close' you could touch him.

the funniest part is Ringo's It don't come easyhttp://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/laugh2.gif
he is so happyhttp://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/dazed.gif that he can't remember the words and hums through most of it.

Moon, you should find a way of getting the video, cause it is really fab.

Ringo's indeed very creative with forgotten lyrics.

Another good part is George and Leon in Beware of darkness.
