The song Mo appeared on various bootlegs. ABCKO asked me who Mo is, so also for others who don't know this;

In December 1994 this song Mo was included on an American promotional only-Warner Bros 6-CD box set, entitled Mo's Blues, which was presented to the company's employees to comemmorate the retirement after 30 years of Mo Ostin, the Warner Brothers Chief Executive.

George's song, written to celebrate Mo's 50th birthday, is called simply Mo.

The set also features Just Like Starting Over, Handle with Care and All Those Years Ago. Other artists that appear on the box set include Frank Sinatra, the Kinks, Jimi Hendrix, The Smiths and Neil Young.

Has anyone ever seen this set?

Make up lies then they leak 'm out
Behind a pseudonym, the rottenness in them
Reaching out trying to touch me

There may be some members, like Old Moon Shining, who want to read this one (again).

It is obviously going to take some time to convince everyone that I'm not 'Dizzy Miss Lizzy'. Oh well, I guess I am sometimes. http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/blush1.gif

Bringing this back for the members who did not see this yet. You will know that Mo is on some bootlegs and a pretty nice one.

I feel it and my heart knows you're the one
The guiding light in all your love shines on
The only lover worth it all
Your love is forever.

Creme tangerine and montelimat
A ginger sling with a pineapple heart
A coffee dessert--yes you know its good news
But you'll have to have them all pulled out
After the Savoy truffle.

Wow! Thanks so much FPSHOT!! http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/smile.gif That explains the song then~ George being silly!
Here is my best guess at the lyrics...anyone feel free to correct them!

MO~

A little boy was born ___ ____ (?)
Some 50 years ago
His name was Mo, Mo, Mo
Could've called him Kline or so
They didn't call him Joe
They called him Mo, Mo, Mo
~
We're gonna give you
Mo love
Mo good wishes
Mo smiles
Mo sweet kisses
Mo hits~ another man misses
No, no, no
Not for a while could Mo...
~
The smile that you give right
Comes back all ways to you
You know
We love you Mo, Mo, Mo
Whatever that it takes
I know you're happy (?) when
it shows
We love you Mo, Mo, Mo
~
We're gonna give you
Mo love
Mo good wishes
Mo smiles
Mo sweet kisses
Mo hits~ another man misses
No, no, no
Not for a while, Sweet Mo
~
From where I sit or stand
I hear it on my radio
They're singin'
Mo, Mo, Mo
Mo, Mo, Mo
This day is truly yours forever
Reaping what you sow
They (They're?) bringing us
Mo, Mo, Mo
Every little Mo
~
We're gonna....
~

Go get 'em Mo...

Does that look about right??? http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/smile.gif

Looks like the lyrics to me, so as said "devil's radio" the thing about Maureen.

------------------
She's that kind of lady,
That you meet in a dream of dreams,
She's always in the shadow,
but you know this woman's real
And I like her like that
'cause she's kind of crazy
I think I know what I'm looking for,
That kind of woman
